Document Collection – SourceData or one of our dedicated partners can provide pick up and delivery within our national service areas. And we don't just grab and go - if you need it, our staff can carefully and methodically box and label your documents, and generate a logistical site map. Your documents will arrive at our dedicated scanning partners’ facilities prepped and ready to scan. Once at the scanning location, your boxes are entered into our proprietary Box Tracker System, monitored and tracked every step of the way.

SourceData’s dedicated partners’ own and operates one of the highest-volume scanning facilities in the United States, featuring the latest, high-speed technology. For your convenience, we have the flexibility and resources to bring scanning operations to you: Our experienced document management resources can arrive on-site with the necessary equipment and work side-by-side with your employees, providing additional staffing support.
OCR
